Scope of work

2 Concurrent Contracts Eastern Leases: Construction of an approx. 12.5km long Haul Road from the Eastern extents of the active mining area to the poprosed Eastern Leases mining deposits to allow for the extraction and transportation of ore. J Quarry: Construction of an approx. 3.8km long haul road which connects the southern active mining area to the J Quarry deposit as well as allowing access to the future Southern leases ore bodies to allow for the extraction and transportation of ore.
Works Include:
  • 1.3M m3 of engineered fill
  • Over 200,000m3 of Pavements
  • Construction of various drainage features including CSP culverts, sediment basins, batter chutes, table drains and rock features
  • Construction of river crossing including Sheet piling, CFA piling and steel arch structure
  • Excavation and backfill of large scale RCBC structures including public road under and overpasses
  • Revegetation including topsoiling, seeding and hydro mulching
